Update 1.31.1: stability and service maintenance 🚀

Update 1.31.1 is service maintenance: the release does not add any new features and does not change the interface of the personal account or mini-apps.

As part of this release, the team worked on backend stabilization: we reviewed recent errors in Sentry, checked CloudPayments logs, and updated internal analytics for previous releases. This release also fixes some bugs and improves service stability — it does not bring any noticeable changes to the merchant-facing interface behavior.

The release is deployed automatically and requires no action from users.
