Update list for version 1.16.0 🚀

A new setting has been added for all applications — an access type "private". In the "Settings - Application Access" section you can specify the Telegram ID(s) that are allowed access to your application.

This setting is chosen when creating the application on our service, but can be changed at any time without restrictions in either direction.

If a user has access to the application, they will be able to enter it and see all content. If not, they will see the screen below.

This update applies to all users on any pricing plan.
